1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session, visiting our studio, or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not book a session or use our website.

2. Description of Services

Desert Oasis Scratch Bar offers non-therapeutic, ASMR-based relaxation services, including gentle scalp and body scratching, hair play, body tracing, and soft-touch sensory techniques. Our services are intended for relaxation and stress relief only.

We are not a massage studio, spa offering bodywork, or medical/therapeutic provider. Our sessions do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition, and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether our services are right for you, please consult your doctor before booking.

3. Booking & Payment

• All sessions must be booked online through our website. We do not accept walk-ins.
• Payments are processed securely through Square. We do not store full credit card numbers.
• Prices, session lengths, and any deposit or prepayment requirements are listed at the time of booking and are subject to change.
• Same-day availability is not guaranteed; feel free to reach out via Instagram DM to check for last-minute openings.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellations or reschedules made 48 hours or more before your appointment will not incur a fee.
• Late cancellations (less than 48 hours' notice) will incur a 50% fee.
• No-shows will be charged the full session amount.
• Clients who repeatedly cancel with little notice may be required to prepay future appointments.
• Exceptions for illness or emergencies may be made at our discretion.

5. Client Conduct & Session Boundaries

Desert Oasis Scratch Bar is a professional, non-sexual relaxation service. To protect the comfort and safety of both clients and staff:

• Clients undress only to their own comfort level and remain covered by a blanket throughout the session.
• Any inappropriate, disrespectful, or sexual conduct or requests will result in the immediate end of the session, forfeiture of any payment made, and refusal of future service.
• We reserve the right to refuse or end a session at any time for any reason related to client or staff safety and comfort.

6. Age Requirement

Clients must be at least 18 years old to book or receive a session.

7. Health & Safety Disclosures

Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant skin conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or health concerns prior to their session. We are not liable for reactions or discomfort resulting from undisclosed conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Desert Oasis Scratch Bar and its owner/staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Services are provided "as is," and by booking, you acknowledge that relaxation outcomes and individual experiences may vary.

9. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logo, and design — is the property of Desert Oasis Scratch Bar and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services or website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
